5.) Just for laughs

6.) Roll up
The Allentown Skatepark Fundraiser is 3 p.m. Saturday at The Alternative Gallery in Allentown. Bid on 20 re-purposed skate decks, each painted by local artists. One-hundred percent of the proceeds from the event will go toward the building of the Allentown Skatepark. Plus, there will be live music, including performances by Buzzherd, El Destructo and Under the Clothesline. There will be a suggested $7 donation at the door.
7.) Monster mash
The Mahoning Drive-In Theatre in Lehighton will screen the '80s cult classics The Monster Squad and Fright Night at dusk tonight. On Saturday, at dusk, watch a back-to-back screening of Ghostbusters and Poltergeist under the stars. Cost is $10, $7 for children. Information: mahoningdit.com

9.) Quadruple threat
The band Digger leads a quadruple bill of Lehigh Valley talent Saturday night at Bethlehem's The Funhouse. The band will be joined by the bands VoirVoir, No Blitz and Very Americans. Cost is $5 at the door. Rock on.
10.) Artists united
"IX8" (or, IlluXCon) continues today through Sunday at the Allentown Art Museum in Downtown Allentown. "IX8" is a gathering artists, students and collectors from around the world, exhibiting and discussing their works and inspirations with others. Single-day tickets cost $32, $20 for museum members.
