Fans of the original Ghostbusters will have the opportunity to watch the iconic sci-fi-comedy on the big screen while enjoying an evening outdoors.
The film will be shown Saturday on Easton's Karl Stirner Arts Trail, as part of the "Movies Along the Trail" series. Event time is 6 p.m., with the screening starting at dusk.
Admission is free. Costumes are encouraged.
Rain date is Oct. 15.
Porters' Pub will be serving libations, with popcorn provided by Easton Police Department FOP Lodge No. 17, according to the event's Facebook page.
Ghostbusters was released in 1984 and grossed more than $229 million domestically. The film stars Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Sigourney Weaver, Rick Moranis and the late Harold Ramis.
