For Suddenly Samantha owner Stephen Flowers, tapping into the holiday spirit means decorating walls with something a little less traditional than boughs of holly.
Flowers is the organizer of the "Deck the Public Market" skateboard deck art show and auction. This year's event will be held 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, at the Easton Public Market.
Thirty skateboard decks designed by Lehigh Valley and Easton-based artists will be displayed and auctioned off during the program. Proceeds from "Deck the Public Market" will benefit Safe Harbor Easton.
The fundraiser was previously called "Deck the Walls" and took place at Suddenly Samantha hair salon and art space.
In the following video, Flowers discusses "Deck the Public Market" and teases what's in store for this weekend.
