ArtsQuest has added Grammy Award-winning folk-rock singer Marc Cohn and improvisational comedy troupe Upright Citizens Brigade to its list of live offerings at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks in Bethlehem.
Cohn, best known for 1991 self-titled debut solo album and the single "Walking in Memphis," will perform 7:30 p.m. April 21 on the Musikfest Cafe stage. Tickets cost $37-$47 and are available online at steelstacks.org and by phone at 610-332-3378.
New York City-based Upright Citizens Brigade Touring Company will headline the third annual SteelStacks Improv Comedy Festival, set for Feb. 26-27 at the ArtsQuest Center. The festival was originally scheduled for late January, but was moved back due to inclement weather caused by the winter storm that battered the east coast. Additionally, improv comedian Christian Capozzoli will perform 9 p.m. Feb. 26 in the Fowler Blast Furnace Room.
SteelStacks Improv Comedy Festival Friday (Feb. 26) tickets cost $16 in advance, $19 at the door and $14 for ArtsQuest members; Saturday (Feb. 27) tickets cost $25 in advance, $29 at the door and $22 for ArtsQuest members.
