Bush will headline Musikfest's Sands Steel Stage on Aug. 11 and they are bringing fellow alternative rockers Chevelle with them, officials announced Tuesday.
Tickets, which cost $44-$69, go on sale 10 o'clock today to ArtsQuest members and 10 a.m. Friday, April 29, to the public through musikfest.org and by calling 610-332-3378. Show time is 6 p.m.
Fronted by singer-guitarist Gavin Rossdale, Bush's multi-platinum-selling 1994 debut album Sixteen Stone spawned the hits "Glycerine," "Machinehead," "Little Things" and "Comedown." Bush separated in 2002 but reformed in 2010. They dropped their sixth album, Man on the Run, in August 2014.
Chevelle's platinum-selling 2002 major label debut, Wonder What's Next, includes the singles "The Red," "Send the Pain Below" and "Closure." Their most recent release is 2014's La Gargola.
