Penn & Teller have conjured up a return to Easton.

The popular magician duo of Penn Jillette and Teller will perform 8 p.m. Oct. 28 at the State Theatre, officials announced Wednesday in a news release.

Tickets, which cost $79 and $69, go on sale 10 a.m. May 4 to State Theatre members, 10 a.m. May 11 to the public through statetheatre.org, by calling 610-252-3132 and at the box office, 453 Northampton St.

The performance will mark Penn & Teller's fourth appearance at the theater and is part of State's upcoming 90th anniversary season. The award-winning pair previously headlined State Theatre in 1996, 1999 and 2001.

Penn & Teller's Showtime series Penn & Teller: Bullshit! earned 13 Emmy Awards and is the longest running series in the network's history, according to the release. They currently can be seen on the CW show Penn & Teller: Fool Us!.

Their 15-year stand at The Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas has made them the longest running headlining acts in the city's history, the release states. The two men have been performing together since the late 1970s.

In addition to appearing together in numerous television sitcoms and on Broadway, Jillette was a contestant on the fifth season of NBC's The Celebrity Apprentice.
