Don't Think Twice focuses on a popular New York City improv comedy troupe whose friendship is put to the test when one of its members gets cast on a hit television series. The film was directed by comedian-actor Mike Birbiglia, of Orange is the New Black fame.
Micucci, a 1998 graduate of Nazareth Area High School, co-starred in the former IFC comedy series Garfunkel and Oates, alongside comedian-actress Riki Lindhome. The show was based on Micucci and Lindhome's real-life music comedy duo of the same name. Garfunkel and Oates headlined ArtsQuest's Musikfest Cafe in 2012.
Micucci has also been featured in recurring roles on the shows Scrubs, The Big Bang Theory and Raising Hope. She appeared in the 2010 romantic comedy When in Rome, opposite Kristen Bell and Josh Duhamel.
Additionally, Micucci voiced the character Velma in the animated series Be Cool, Scooby-Doo!
