'Dark Shadows' actress among guests lined up for Water Gap Comic Fest in Upper Mount Bethel Township

Actress Sharon Smyth Lentz, best known for her portrayal of little Sarah Collins on the television series Dark Shadows, is coming to the Slate Belt.

Lentz is among the guest list for the Jan. 15 Water Gap Comic Fest in Upper Mount Bethel Township. The convention is set for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Mount Bethel Fire Company, 2341 N. Delaware Drive (Route 611). 

The convention will also feature scheduled appearances by artists Dave Ryan, Javier Cruz Winnik, Shawn Alleyne, Neil Vokes, Philip McNulty, Mackenzie Rose Hawk, Tom Schloendorn, Rusty Gilligan, David Hardy and Ted Riddle. Writers Isaiah Puga, Eric Cooper, photographer Carolynn Seibert and actor Christopher Weite. Weite's credits include playing a "walker" on AMC's The Walking Dead.

The first 100 adult attendees will receive an original Doctor Strange art print, created by Rusty Gilligan.
