Lehigh Valley Comic Con lands 'Blue Beetle' artist Paris Cullins for March event

Organizers of Lehigh Valley Comic Con have tapped comic book artist Paris Cullins for its March 18 event in North Whitehall Township. 

Cullins is best known for his work on DC Comics' "Blue Beetle" and "Blue Devil" series. The Philadelphia native's credits include "The Forever People" and "Hyperkind."

Inker Bob Petrecca is also scheduled to appear during the event. Petrecca has worked on such titles as "Justice League Unlimited," "Birds of Prey," "Action Comics," "Wonder Woman" and "Superman/Batman," "Captain America" and "Thor."

The convention is set for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Schnecksville Fire Company, 4550 Old Packhorse Road. Admission costs $5, $4 with valid student identification.
