Allentown ArtsFest will return in late September to Cedar Beach Park in Allentown.
The fourth annual celebration of "fringe" art and emerging artists will be held Sept. 29-Oct. 1. Admission is free.
This year's event, hosted by Allentown's The Alternative Gallery, will feature more than 300 artists, art and food vendors, musicians, buskers and performers, according to a news release. Festival goers will be able to sonically feast on three stages of live music, including the Tape Swap Radio stage.
Poor Luther's Bones, Shy, Ironhead's Devil Pit Blues, Doctor Ransom, Doghouse Charlie, Mind Choir and Those Maniac Seas are among the acts set to perform. There will also be traditional Native American and Chinese music performed during the festival. (The full lineup of performers will be announced in August, according to the release.)
Other festival highlights include the hip-hop-centric "Graffiti Jam," Alternative Clubhouse interactive art zone for children, Lehigh Valley Girls Rock interactive music space and a skate park area, complete with demonstrations and contests.
Allentown ArtsFest was launched in 2014.
