Shane Reimer is a musician who wears many hats.
Come January, Reimer will slip into something more intimately familiar: solo artist.
Reimer will celebrate the release of his debut solo EP, Better Late Than Never, with a Jan. 5 headlining performance at Pearly Baker’s Alehouse in Easton. The guitarist-vocalist will be joined that night by his backing band, Them Spicy Boize, as well as support from Easton-based rock band Roi and the Secret People and singer-songwriter Bryson K.
Show time is 10 p.m. Admission is free.
Bethlehem-based Reimer currently handles lead guitar for The Moondogs and Public Displays of Rejection. Reimer hosts the monthly open mic night at Weyerbacher Brewing in Easton, as well as the weekly open mic night at Sarah Street Grill in Stroudsburg.
Better Late Than Never will be available digitally and on CD.
