Deftones, Howie Mandel and Boyz II Men bound for Bethlehem

Alternative metal band Deftones, comedian/television personality Howie Mandel and R&B group Boyz II Men have each penciled in Bethlehem on their respective tours.

All three performances will take place at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center. Mandel, previously headlined the venue in 2015 and 2014. Boyz II Men performed at the event center in 2014 and 2012.

Show dates and ticket prices are:

  • 8 p.m. June 24: Howie Mandel; $35.50-$59.50
  • 7 p.m. Aug. 2: Deftones; $45-$65
  • 8 p.m. Sept. 22: Boyz II Men; $39.50-$55

Tickets for all three shows go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, April 1, through ticketmaster.com, sandseventcenter.com, by phone at 800-745-3000 and at the box office, 77 Sands Blvd.

Deftones' 1998 sophomore album Adrenaline spawned the singles "My Own Summer (Shove It)" and "Be Quiet and Drive (Far Away)." They followed it up in 2000 with the platinum-selling studio effort White Pony. The band's self-titled fourth album, released in 2003, featured the single "Minerva" and climbed to No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Their upcoming eighth studio album, Gore, is scheduled to drop April 8.

In addition to his judging duties on America's Got Talent, Mandel hosted the game show Deal or No Deal. He voiced the title character in animated series Bobby's World, starred in the film Little Monsters and the former TV show St. Elsewhere.

Philadelphia's Boyz II Men's big break came with the release of the single "Motownphilly," from their debut album Cooleyhighharmony. The group's 1992 single "End of the Road," which was included on the Boomerang film soundtrack, stayed on top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart for a record-setting 13 consecutive weeks. Bozy II Men's 1994 album, II, produced the hit singles "I'll Make Love to You," "Water Runs Dry,' "Thank You" and "On Bended Knee."

Sands officials also announced late Sunday that Meatloaf's rescheduled concert set for tonight has been rescheduled, again, for May 25.
