Veteran comic book artist Joe Staton and inker-artist Scott Hanna will headline the 15th anniversary edition of Lehigh Valley Comic Con.

The event is scheduled for Aug. 6 at Schnecksville Fire Hall in North Whitehall Township.

Other scheduled guests include fashion designer and former Project Runway contestant Pamela Ptak, "Betty and Veronica" artist Jeff Shultz and artist David Bancroft, according to the convention's website.

Staton's lengthy tenure at DC Comics included work on such titles as "Justice League of America," "Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes," "DC Super Stars" (particularly issue No. 17, which featured the debut of Huntress), "Justice Society," "Power Girl" and "Green Lantern."

Hanna's lengthy resume includes inking the iconic "Knightfall" storyline in which Batman's back is broken by the villain Bane (a storyline that was loosely adapted for the 2012 film The Dark Knight Rises).

Hanna's other credits include "Amazing Spider-Man," Robin," "Batman and Robin," "Detective Comics," "Nova," "Justice League of America," "Birds of Prey," "Outsiders," "Wonder Woman" and "Superman: Lois and Clark."
