Local music venue Godfrey Daniels will close out its summer season with concerts by singer-songwriters Trina Hamlin, Dina Hall and John Beacher and J.D. Malone.
Hamlin and Hall are set for 8 p.m. July 15. Beacher and Malone will perform 8 p.m. the following evening, July 16.
Hamlin is a multi-instrumentalist triple-threat; she toggles between harmonica, piano and guitar during a show. The New York City-based performer has toured extensively as a percussionist, harmonica player and backing vocalist for recording artist/contemporary folk singer Susan Werner.
Hall has become a staple of the Lehigh Valley's music scene, particularly her hometown of Bethlehem. She can be found performing both as a solo artist and with her band. In 2011, Hall released her debut full-length album, Logic and the Heart.
Beacher, a native of New Hope, Bucks County, has described himself as a "blue collar musician," according to his website. His most recent release is the self-produced album Rise Up.
Hailing from Vermont, Malone's credits include fronting pop-rock band Steamroller Picnic (from 1993 to 2004) and, in 2003, being the featured act on the MTV series Advance Warning. Malone and his band, The Experts, released their second full-length album, Town and Country, in March.
Tickets for Hamlin and Hall's performance cost $14.50 in advance, $18.50 at the door. Tickets for Beacher and Malone cost $17.50. Reservations are recommended for both shows.
Godfrey Daniels is located at 7 E. Fourth St., Bethlehem.
