STEELSTACKS IMPROV COMEDY FESTIVAL
The annual SteelStacks Improv Comedy Festival resumes today, starting at noon and running through 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Do the math: That's 13.5 hours of nonstop improv comedy! Today's lineup includes Lehigh Valley-based troupes Cast Party, Jed & Dan, Aunt Merica, Dream Carnival, Just Us, The Fourths, ManDudeBro, Aliens That Are Ancient, Matt and Dan's Puppet Nightmare and Lehigh University's The Hobo Army. SHAWN CAV ENSEMBLE CROWDFUNDING CONCERT
Bassist Shawn Cav and his experimental jazz ensemble are turning to fans to help raise money to record the follow-up to their 2016 debut, Glass Houses, with an intimate performance at the Unicorn Theatre, 417 Front St., Catasauqua.
