Veteran comic book artist Joe Staton -- best known for his work on such titles as "Dick Tracy," "All-Star Comics" and "Green Lantern" -- is among the guests set to appear during the 2018 Phillipsburg Comic Con.
The convention will be held 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 12 at Phillipsburg High School in Lopatcong Township. Admission costs $5; free admission for children ages 10 and younger, if accompanied by a paid adult.
The rest of the lineup includes such notable names as Darren Auck ("Rocko's Modern Life"), Scott Hanna ("Amazing Spider-Man"), Will Rosado ("The New Titans"), Kristen Gudsnuk ("Henchgirl"), Jeff Shultz (Archie Comics), Franco ("Tiny Titans"), fashion designer Pamela Ptak, and "Return of the Living Deadpool" artist Nik Virella.

Staton's tenure with DC Comics included "Wonder Woman" and the 1988 miniseries "Millennium." He is the co-creator of fan-favorite DC character the Huntress, who debuted in the pages of 1977's "DC Super Stars" No. 17.
Since its inception in 2015, Phillipsburg Comic Con has hosted such celebrated comic book creators and Walt and Louise Simonson, Joe Kelly, Rags Morales, and Adam Kubert.
